Important Notice: By registering or using the Rbazzi platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any of these terms, please do not use the platform.

1. General Terms & Conditions

Rbazzi is an online betting and entertainment platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Rbazzi. By accessing or using the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 Applicability

These terms apply to the Rbazzi website, mobile application, and all other digital platforms. Rbazzi reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

1.3 Single Use

Each individual may hold only one Rbazzi account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses and winnings will be voided.

2. Account Registration & Management

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on Rbazzi. We reserve the right to close any account that is found to contain false or misleading details.

2.1 Registration Process

• You must provide your correct full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth during registration.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested to verify your account.
• Only one account may be created per email address.
• After registration, a verification link will be sent to your email.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify our support team immediately.

2.3 KYC Verification

Rbazzi follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to prevent fraud and protect platform security. Identity verification may be required before processing withdrawals or large transactions. Failure to submit the required documents may delay payment processing.

3. Payment & Withdrawal Terms

Rbazzi supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Full details on all deposit and withdrawal conditions are outlined below.

3.1 Deposit Methods

• bKash: Minimum deposit is ৳200, maximum is ৳50,000 per transaction.
• Nagad: Minimum deposit is ৳200, maximum is ৳50,000 per transaction.
• Rocket: Minimum deposit ৳300, maximum ৳30,000 per transaction.
• Bank Transfer: Minimum ৳1,000; processing takes 1–2 business days.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. However, delays may occur if KYC verification is incomplete or if there are any concerns with the account.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• The maximum withdrawal in a single day is ৳1,00,000.

3.3 Transaction Verification

For any suspicious transaction, Rbazzi may place a hold on the payment and request additional verification. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the transaction may be cancelled and the account frozen.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Rbazzi offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify. The bonus amount is subject to specific wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for most bonuses is 10–30x the bonus amount.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, false information, or strategically placed bets — is strictly prohibited. In such cases, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled and the account will be closed.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on Rbazzi. These Terms & Conditions apply to cricket, football, Live Casino, and all other betting markets.

5.1 Bet Validity

• A bet is only valid once the system has confirmed it and issued a confirmation number.
• Any incomplete bet due to a lost internet connection will be automatically cancelled.
• The odds at the time a bet is placed are final, regardless of any subsequent changes.

5.2 Match Cancellation & Suspension

If a match is cancelled or restarts outside the scheduled time, the related bets will be voided and the user's stake will be refunded. However, if a match is suspended after reaching the halfway point, the outcome will be determined in accordance with Rbazzi's established rules.

5.3 Erroneous Odds

Rbazzi reserves the right to void any bet placed on clearly incorrect or erroneous odds. In such cases, only the original stake will be refunded.

5.4 Maximum Winnings Cap

Maximum winnings on a single bet are capped and vary by market. You can find the specific limits on the relevant betting market.

6. Responsible Gaming Policy

Rbazzi firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment. We always keep the mental and financial well-being of our users at the forefront of everything we do.

6.1 Personal Limit Settings

• Each user can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Decreasing your betting limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 7-day waiting period.
• Set a loss limit to protect yourself from excessive losses.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Rbazzi reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• For violating these Terms & Conditions.
• If fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering is suspected.
• For operating multiple accounts.
• For submitting false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability on the platform.

Rbazzi will make every reasonable effort to notify you before closing an account. However, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.
